Hoss’s Market is independently owned by long time Columbia Residents, Jim (Hoss) and Trish Koetting. Jim and Trish have been in the restaurant business for a combined 45 years. They are on the State Board of the Missouri Restaurant Association and are very active in the Columbia Community.
