TAILGATE CATERING SERVICE OPTIONS
TABLE-WARE OPTIONS:
1) The prices listed on all buffets include disposable black Styrofoam plates, paper napkins and black plastic forks and knives.
If you would like to go with a more upscale look we can offer:
2) Hard Plastic black scalloped edge disposable plates with stainless silverware and paper napkins - additional 1.50 per person.

SERVICE OPTIONS:
A) Delivery/Pick Up - $75.00 service charge
We will deliver, completely set up your buffet with chaffing dishes, service ware and all pertinent items that have been ordered. Once everything is set in place we will leave then return at kick off to pick everything up.
B) Full Service - 18% service charge will be added to the final billing.
This includes complete service, set up, maintenance and service staff to take care of the buffet, change buffet pans and clean up at kick off. You take care of socializing with your guests, we take care of absolutely everything else. Additional service charges may be added if needing service through out the entire game.
LINENS:
We can provide linens for any event. The cost for each linen is 5.00 each.
Typically we use black and gold linens, however other colors are available at your request.
Buffet Linen/Skirt Combination 12.00 per linen. Linen Napkins .50 each
We offer a wide variety of Exceptional Wines and Hand Crafted
Beers to suit your tastes and budget.
Hoss’s Market takes pride in using all of the highest
quality ingredients, prepared from scratch.
We smoke all of our meats in house using our own unique blend
of rubs.
